How should I care for my AOJ kimono to prevent shrinking?
To maintain the fit and longevity of your kimono, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid high-heat dryers as they can damage the collar and cause significant shrinkage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship ART OF JIU JITSU products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy for training gear?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once opened.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart specifically for our competition and training fits. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit during rolling.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items typically ship within the timeframe specified on the product description page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process orders. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement for any modifications. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, we are unable to make changes.
