At ART OF JIU JITSU, we stand by the quality of our premium training gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached. Ensure the gear is free of any odors, hair, or signs of mats use.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
